A number of people have told me  that they waited to make their appointment until after they had made a decision about what they wanted at their windows.

That seems counter productive to me.  Yes, we sell products, but that is secondary to helping you find the right solution to your challenge.  We listen to what your needs and parameters are.  Do you need room darkening?  Do you have space for draperies to stack on the side or do you need the window treatment to draw up?  Is your room formal?  Does the treatment need to be functional or would stationary panels work?  These are just some of the questions we would ask.

Also consider that there are many products on the market of which you might not be aware.  You might not know which products lower down from the top as well as push up from the bottom, which ones are cordless, and which ones offer the best insulation.
