Window Treatment of the Month – June

This window treatment of the month is a simple side panel for any window or patio door. It includes its own valance that is cinched at the top. This is a great treatment to use when you want to use coordinating fabrics.  One fabric could be the main fabric  the full length of the panel in the back  and the other fabric can be the front valance fabric.  The tieback that cinches it all together can be a third fabric or a repeat of the back fabric.   It is also a great treatment for showcasing a decorative rod.   A metal rod that repeats the color and finish of your ceiling fan, your light fixtures, or your cabinet pulls and knobs can set off the fabrics.   Or you could match a wood grooved rod to your woodwork.   A simple but interesting treatment to lift your spirits.
